Nonimmigrant Visa

All applicants for nonimmigrant visas must pay a non-refundable application fee of US$131.  At the current consular exchange rate (as of 14 May 2009), the fee is RMB904. The fee must be paid at designated branches of CITIC Industrial Bank, which will issue a two-ply receipt.  Both copies of the CITIC Bank receipt must be included with all visa applications.  Please note that the application fee is non-refundable regardless of whether or not a visa is issued.  The receipt is good for one year.  Please be aware that if a visa application is not submitted within one year of the date on the receipt, the fee will not be refunded.

Nonimmigrant visa fees
A fee of U.S. $120.00 is collected for L1 and L2 visas at the time of issuance. No other nonimmigrant visa types issued to Chinese citizens require the payment of a visa fee.
