How to participate:

1. Click on the link for the webchat room you would like to enter at https://statedept.connectsolutions.com/shenyang/. You can choose the English language webchat room, or the Spanish language webchat room, both of which cover the same event.
2. Select "Enter as a Guest."
3. Type your name.
4. Select "Enter Room."
5. Explore the content in the room and submit questions and comments.
