General Information
The Information Resource Center (IRC) at the U.S. Consulate in Shenyang is one of the largest collections of information about the United States in all of Northeastern China. It specializes in providing information on American politics, economics, and social and cultural life.The IRC is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 11:30 am, and 1:30 - 5:00 pm by Appointment Only, you may contact us by phone: (024) 2322-2976 or by fax: (024) 2322-1505. Please present your identification card or passport at the main entrance to the Consulate for entry.
The IRC is closed on American and Chinese Holidays.
