General Information

The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Consulate Shenyang is responsible for promoting a better understanding of American life, society, economy, politics and culture by providing information about the United States to Chinese audience. The PAS is the official voice of the American Consulate in Shenyang Consulate District which includes Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang. The PAS coordinates and supports official exchange programs, such as the Fulbright Exchange Program, the International Visitors Program, the Humphrey Fellowship Program , and the Exchange Visitors Project.
