Shenyang Holds Hail and Farewell Reception for PAOs

On November 18, CG Stephen Wickman hosted a dinner reception for 70 of the consulate district’s most important Public Diplomacy contacts to say goodbye to departing PAO Joseph Kruzich, and to welcome newly arrived PAO J. Alexander Hamilton. VIP guests included Cheng Wei , President of Liaoning University, and Li Houpu, Director of the Liaoning TV & Radio Administration Bureau. Several guests traveled from Dalian to attend.
